Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.
In what order should I use the products?
Cleanse with the Rose Face Wash, then tone with the Skin Brightening Toner. Apply the Glass Skin Serum before your moisturiser, then the Nourishing Moisturizer. In the morning, finish with the Tinted Sunscreen.
How often can I use the Skin Brightening Toner?
Use it once daily or as tolerated, preferably in the evening, followed by moisturiser. It contains Glycolic Acid, which may increase sun sensitivity, so use sunscreen during the day.
How should I use the Tinted Sunscreen?
Apply generously and evenly to the face and neck as the final step of your morning skincare routine, ideally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply regularly, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
Can I use the products around my eyes?
All skinAura products are for external use only, and you should avoid direct contact with the eyes. When using the Rose Face Wash or the Skin Brightening Toner, avoid the eye area.
How much Glass Skin Serum should I use?
Apply 2–3 drops to clean, dry skin and gently pat or massage until fully absorbed. Use it morning and evening before moisturiser, and follow with sunscreen during the day.
